Terms and conditions of sale

1. PRICES - We will maintain printed prices as long as possible. However, if unavoidable cost increases are incurred, we do reserve the right to charge the prices ruling at the time of despatch.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT - Strictly prior to despatch and only ever upon despatch.
3. CREDIT FACILITIES - We regret that we cannot offer any credit facilities for internet sales
4. TITLE - Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
5. CARRIAGE - Carriage is charged on all consignments at the current rate. Note: All mail orders will require a signature on delivery.
6. VAT - All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. All orders to address within EU member states will be charge VAT at the current rate, where applicable.
7. CLAIMS, SHORTAGES - Notification of damage or shortages must be made to www.thegorestore.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
8. DESCRIPTIONS - We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products available. However, due to continuous improvements to the product range, some variations may occur. Clearance and discounted products may have some shop soiling.
